We live in a country where gastronomy is not just important, it is also without doubt our best visiting card.  Yet it is a fragile treasure and we must take care to preserve every aspect of this considerable wealth: diversity, home-made dishes, training, information, and passion.

For us, hunting and its domain, the tradition of rich and fertile lands, a love of good produce and quite simply the art of living à la française come together in perfect harmony.

Our suggestions

The chef offers you traditional local French cuisine the way you like it, but always with a respect for seasonal produce.

You can devise your menu with us in advance.

Dinner is served in the manor house and lunch at the farm.

A cellar of vintage French wines and a selection of our best cigars are available to accompany your meals.

Culinary experiences and refinement are on the menu at the Domaine Les Rémillys.
